Full Circle Compost is located on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, directly below Lake Tahoe, in the beautiful Carson Valley.

We formulate our products to meet the unique challenges the Sierra Front has to offer.

 

Playground Mulch

PLAYGROUND MULCH is our RAW WOOD MULCH that has been through our tub grinder a second time, dulling the sharper edges and providing a softer, fluffier ground covering that is ideal for the kids to scramble around on. Our PLAYGROUND MULCH keeps your play areas from turning into mud puddles (Sorry kids!) and will significantly soften the impact when the youngsters are hit with a sudden gust of gravity! We must emphasize that our PLAYGROUND MULCH has not been through any type of sterilization process so there are no guarantees regarding weed seed or any other pest or pathogenic organisms.

USAGE: Basic raw wood mulch suitable for all playgrounds and other areas occupied by children.

APPLICATION RATE: Usually a 3" top dressing is sufficient.

COVERAGE: 1 cubic yard of PLAYGROUND MULCH will cover 325 square feet at a 1" application rate OR 216 square feet at a 2" application rate OR 108 square feet at a 3" application rate.
