"Soil Fertility, Build Your Own Raised Beds, and Successful Cold Climate Gardening "
Craig will present:
- What does soil fertility mean to you? We will discuss the importance of a well balanced soil, and how it effects the nutrition in the plants growing in your soils. We will review a soil analysis report and explain the importance of the balance of minerals and nutrients in your soils.
- Building your own raised beds - soil fertility, supplies, structure, layout & design. Also to include cold climate gardening.
- Mel's mix and other growing mixes will be discussed.
A small fee of $10.00 will get you a wealth of knowledge and wisdom, and receive a bag of "Soil Essence Elite" from Full Circle Compost.
For anyone who lives in the Tahoe-Truckee area, we encouraged you to come and learn about your soil and your growing climate. We look forward to seeing you there and having a GREAT & SUCCESSFUL growing season!
